Instructions

You may use this form to add a new email address, to change forwarding addresses for an existing email address, or to remove an address. For special requests, there is a "remarks" section at the bottom where you may add any comments or instructions. This form is very friendly, and will accept any information you put in. All fields are optional; please fill in all fields that apply. Your request will be handled promptly by a real person who will send you confirmation when the change is completed. If we have any question about what you wish to do, we will call you back. If you have a question, enter it in the remarks section or call our customer service number.

Please provide the following information about the person whose email address this is (or will be).

             The addressee's Name 
    Their Department or Job Title 
       The addressee's Work Phone

To create a new account, please enter the person's new email address, and, for POP3 accounts ONLY, the password they will use to access the account. (Passwords are not required for email addresses that are simply forwarded to another account.)
To change a password on an existing account, enter the address and the new password.
To remove an account or email address, enter the address, and tell us to remove it in the remarks section.
