We provide all new clients with a thorough needs assessment. 

The assessment is an interview process that takes very little time, and helps the client identify how to benefit from an outsourcing or consulting relationship. It also helps us determine if we can meet your needs. We take on only those new clients whom we will be able to satisfy completely. But all clients who take advantage of our needs assessment come away better informed and better prepared.

Our clients are truly a select group, who receive dedicated, personal attention. We take the time to learn each client's goals and needs, so that we can provide services that meet or exceed expectations. We pro-actively find ways our clients can benefit from information technology and the Internet, and look for ways to help our clients achieve success.

 We have clients who have become close friends, and we have clients we have not met face-to-face. All of our clients receive personal, dedicated service through telephone, web, email and on-site consulting.
